in honor of the game coming out today, and submitted just in the nick of time! whew! (it helps i'm currently sick as a dog, so i got time on my hands.)

i wasn't really interested in the game, (though i'm familiar with double fine studio's pedigree). but i played the demo and was blown away. i am extremely impressed how good the game is (well, the demo, at least).

i was inspired by all the music and and the art to come up with this pic. i wanted a stronger frazetta or valliejo flavor, but sometimes you have to settle for "good enough" if you want to get work done. anyhoo, i had fun.

i used the pencils to practice photoshop. i kinda like how it turned out looking like a page from an old comic book.
